Born and raised in the Chicagoland area, Nick Farnsworth earned his degree in Corporate Communications from Northern Illinois University. Nick began his career in 2009 and gained a plethora of knowledge from some of the best in the industry. Nick’s experiences over the past 13 years allowed him to glean expert knowledge and reliable advice while building his business. That, along with his unparalleled work ethic and knack for working with people, provides Nick with the ability to communicate well and foster strong relationships. Additionally, time spent living and working in a diverse collection of neighborhoods has helped Nick gain a thorough understanding of the city. Nick is a family man and loves spending time with his wife and children. He strongly believes in a solid work/life balance. Nick has been playing competitive sports all his life, so competing for the best is in his nature. The combination of Nick’s corporate knowledge with his years in the real estate industry provides him with an understanding of all aspects of the home buying and selling process. His four years as a lead sales agent for a large condo development has also provided invaluable insight into the new construction building and sales process. Nick is able to apply a consultative approach while considering his clients’ emotional needs and ensuring their confidence throughout the transaction.
